The Opportunity:
CSR is seeking a dynamic commercially minded Sales Manager – Reseller to lead a high-performing team and drive growth across our reseller channel. This is a role for someone who thrives on strategy, people leadership, and delivering strong commercial outcomes.
You'll take ownership of the reseller strategy—driving sales and margin growth through a balance of customer retention, new business development, and data-led decision making. Leading a multi-site team, you'll build capability, set clear performance expectations, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
