Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / OTC Consultant with strong expertise in S/4HANA to drive end-to-end Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient SAP solutions.
Configure and support SAP S/4HANA SD/OTC functionalities, including:
Customer Master Data
Sales Order Processing
Pricing & Billing
Shipping & Delivery
Returns, Credit/Debit Management
Output Determination
Manage and maintain Material Master data for SD processes:
Sales organization and distribution channel data
Item category and sales unit configuration
Delivering plant determination
Tax classifications and availability checks
Prepare detailed functional specifications for reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows
Collaborate with ABAP and integration teams during development and testing
Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare phases
Work closely with cross-functional modules including MM, PP, FI, EWM, and TM
Collaborate effectively within onsite-offshore delivery teams
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years of SAP functional consulting experience with strong expertise in SD/OTC processes
Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects
Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash lifecycle and integration touchpoints
Hands-on experience with Material Master data for SD processes
Proven experience in writing functional specifications and coordinating with technical teams
Strong integration knowledge across SD, MM, FI, PP, and EWM modules
SAP S/4HANA certification in Sales/Order Processing is preferred
