The Opportunity  

Due to an internal movement we have an exciting opportunity for an organised, proactive and solutions focused Scheduling Specialist (Full Time) to join our team at Warabrook!

Reporting to the Scheduling Team Leader, you’ll become part of an experienced and supportive team of five who are dedicated to continuous improvement, team collaboration and upholding ConnectAbility's values.

The Scheduling Team pride themselves on being supportive and collaborative, helping one another to succeed while still sharing a good laugh along the way. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced supportive team where your ideas, initiatives and contributions are genuinely valued.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Scheduling and coordination of staff rosters
  • Managing high-volume rostering requirements while ensuring timely and effective scheduling
  • Maintaining accurate funding and reporting records in line with NDIS requirements
  • Balancing multiple priorities and managing competing demands
  • Demonstrating excellent time management and organisational skills 
  • Maintaining a high level of computer literacy and clear communication
  • Staying positive and respectful under pressure or tight deadlines. 

Essential Requirements

  • Demonstrated aptitude or experience in scheduling or rostering staff 
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check 
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module 
  • Working with Children Check (for paid employment) 
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver’s Licence 
  • The right to work in Australia
  • Knowledge the SCHADS Award, and/or the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
  • Proficient with Microsoft suites, including Outlook, Word, Excel.
