About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential construction scheduling professional to step into a senior technical leadership role within our Scheduling team. Working closely with the Scheduling Manager, you will coordinate scheduling operations across multiple build types while providing day-to-day guidance, technical support, and workflow leadership to the wider team.
You will play a key role in managing complex variations, resolving scheduling and procurement issues, and ensuring alignment between Construction, Estimating, Procurement, and Site teams. With a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and commercial outcomes, you will contribute to process improvements, support margin protection initiatives, and help drive consistent scheduling performance across the business.
About You
You are an experienced residential construction scheduling professional with a strong understanding of construction sequencing, workflow coordination, and commercial impacts within the building industry. You bring a proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and resolve complex scheduling challenges with confidence.
Highly organised and detail-oriented, you have strong analytical and problem-solving skills and can influence and support others through technical leadership rather than direct management. You are a confident communicator who enjoys collaborating across departments and thrives in a fast-paced environment focused on delivering quality outcomes and operational efficiency.
