  • Strong technical knowledge of advice processes, compliance requirements, and advice documentation (SOAs and ROAs).

  • Solid working knowledge of Xplan and confidence navigating technical advice systems and workflows.

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership and work independently when required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly.

  • Commercially minded, coachable, and motivated to build long-term client relationships and progress toward managing your own client portfolio.

  • Ambitious, self-driven and genuinely committed to building a long-term career as a Financial Adviser.

What We Offer

  • $100K-$120K + super + incentives plus clear long-term pathway to potential equity partnership.

  • Genuine pathway to becoming a Financial Adviser.

  • Real client facing experience with increasing responsibility.

  • Ongoing technical training and adviser readiness coaching

  • Opportunity to build your own client portfolio over time.

  • Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on growth and excellence.
