We are supporting a global consulting firm on a Canberra-based National Security program seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer with strong engineering capability across modern data platforms, operational analytics, and the Palantir ecosystem.

This is a senior hands-on engineering role within a small high-performing Foundry team delivering production-grade data products and operational analytics applications in secure environments.

You will work across:

• Palantir Foundry pipelines and ontology-driven data models
• Operational analytics applications including Workshop and Quiver
• Modern cloud-native engineering and secure platform delivery
• Data ingestion, transformation, monitoring, and downstream application consumption
• Engineering standards, code reviews, mentoring, and technical leadership

Key Experience:

• Strong experience in analytics engineering or data engineering
• Hands-on Palantir Foundry experience (Code Repositories, Pipeline Builder, Ontology, Workshop)
• Strong SQL and data modelling capability
• Python / PySpark experience highly regarded
• Experience with production data pipelines, monitoring, SLAs, and incident response
• Git-based engineering workflows and CI/CD practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Highly Regarded:

• Workshop / Quiver application development
• Streaming/Kafka experience
• API integration and onboarding experience
• Secure government, Defence, or National Security environments
