Senior Business Analyst – Retail Transformation
Contract: 12 Months (Extensions Likely)
Daily Rate: Up to $950 + super

We’re partnering with one of Australia’s leading retail organisations on a major transformation program currently kicking off. As part of this large-scale initiative, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys being hands-on across the full BA lifecycle.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-profile program from the ground up, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to shape new processes, capabilities, and ways of working.

What you’ll do:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities across a large transformation program.
• Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to uncover requirements, pain points, and process improvements.
• Create high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Develop current and future state process maps and identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Work closely with delivery, product, and technology teams to ensure requirements are translated into effective solutions.

About you:

• 8+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst within enterprise environments.
• Strong background delivering large-scale transformation programs.
• Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, user story creation, and process mapping.
• Previous experience working within retail environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across both business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working in Agile and fast-paced delivery environments.
