About the position
The role is full time 4 days per week. You'll be hands on mixing, shaping and baking sourdough breads as a part of a small team.
This position is for a senior baker with experience in all aspects of sourdough baking, with a good understanding of vienoisserie and other enriched doughs.
We have a steady team and we are looking for someone with experience who can add to the skills base that we all ready have. You'll be able to mentor junior bakers to expand their understanding of processes and techniques.
You'll contribute to the smooth running of the kitchen in collaboration with other sections.

We have close relationships with our suppliers, sourcing our flour from a variety of independent farmers and millers.
We use predominantly organic and biodynamic ingredients, and we strive to have minimum waste, and maximise sustainability.
Necessary Skills
A strong understanding of sourdough baking, mixing and hand moulding. Experience with lamination, baking and shaping vienoisserie.
An excellent understanding and experience with the natural fermentation process
Previous experience working in a similar role
Have a positive and collaborative attitude
Be well organised, self-motivated and have an ability to work independently and within a small team.
