Due to on-going rapid growth we are currently recruiting a Senior Building Manager to join the team and manage a high-end residential building site.

What we are looking for:

• Building & Facilities Management experience: 2+ years or more.

• A genuine passion for Building & Facilities Management industry

• In-depth technical knowledge

• A strong customer service mind-set and the ability to easily build rapport with Residents and Strata Committees

• Ability to read & interpret budget & financials

• Comprehensive understanding of residential strata schemes and maintenance management

• You understand compliance, WHS obligations relating to contractors, strata and residential buildings.

• Be ambitious, a forward-thinker with a 'can do' attitude

• A passion and interest in progressing your career in the Building & Facilities Management Industry

• First class communication and top-notch relationship-building skills

• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
