Our client is a well-established project management consultancy delivering end-to-end services across a diverse range of sectors including commercial, retail, industrial, healthcare, education and hospitality. With a strong reputation for delivering complex projects across Australia, they are known for their collaborative approach and long-standing relationships with key stakeholders.

The business is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their high-performing team. This role offers a genuine pathway for career progression into a Project Lead position, along with the opportunity to take on mentoring responsibilities within the team.

THE ROLE

In this position, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of multiple projects, with responsibilities including:

• End-to-end delivery of projects across varying sectors
• Coordinating internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
• Managing budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
• Proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimise delays and cost overruns
• Maintaining accurate and detailed project documentation including contracts, design documentation, permits, and reporting
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members as part of your broader leadership development

CRITERIA

• Brings deep, hands-on experience in typical client-side PM roles and is now well-positioned to step into a Project Lead
• Experience working on mixed-use residential apartment projects is highly desirable, but not essential
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail with strong organisational abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities
• Property or construction-related qualification preferred
• Driver’s licence and own vehicle required
