With a healthy pipeline of commercial works in 2026 and beyond, they are seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to run a $35M recreation project in the Inner West.

The Role

As a Senior Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of a $35M recreation project, throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with a project manager and external stakeholders, you will ensure that contracts are efficiently negotiated, executed, and managed.

To Be Considered

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;
 

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in Commercial construction for a minimum of 7 years
• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent
• Experience in Commercial New Build projects working for Tier 2 or upper T3 builders
• Proven ability to utilise cost management softwares such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
