We are looking for an additional member to our team who will take on a senior clinical and administrative role.

MYTOOTHDOCTOR has a special interest in Paediatric Dentistry and Special Needs Dentistry, offering in-office relative analgesia and hospital day surgery from a referral base.

The role primarily involves sterilisation, chairside and theatre assisting, and laboratory work with a secondary role in front office administration.

Qualification:

At least a Certificate 3 in in Dental Assisting

Required Skills:

• High level of computer literacy

• Good business communication skills

• Great attention to detail

• Ability to multi-task and work with other members of the dental team

• Can demonstrate cultural competence in the workplace

Experience:

• Experience in digital dentistry (CAD/CAM scanning, 3D printing and milling) is preferred

• Experience in chairside and theatre dental assisting

• Minimum 1-2 years of chairside and theatre dental assisting experience is required

• Knowledge on booking appointments, billing, and third party claims

• Minimum 1-2 years of reception or administrative experience is required

• Use of a dental practice management software is desired
