Midson Road Child Care Centre is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Educator / Room Leader / Responsible Person to join our warm, motivated and professional team. This is a full‑time role for an educator who is confident, committed and excited about leading high‑quality programs for children.

About the Role

• Lead a room with confidence, professionalism and genuine care

• Support opening and end‑of‑day and 6pm close, Monday–Friday

• Deliver high‑quality programs aligned with EYLF 2.0 and the NQF

• Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Contribute to a positive, collaborative and child‑safe culture

• Opportunity for additional administration responsibilities for the right candidate

About You

You are an educator who genuinely wants to make a difference. You bring:

• ECT or Diploma qualification (minimum 2 years’ experience)

• Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with families

• Ability to complete high‑quality written documentation

• Experience planning, documenting and evaluating educational programs

• Deep understanding of EYLF 2.0, NQS and best‑practice pedagogy

• Commitment to inclusion, diversity and embedding Indigenous perspectives

• A positive, reliable, creative and professional approach
