About the role

The Senior Integration and automation specialist is a strategic technical role responsible for leading the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise integrations and automation solutions. This role ensures that business-critical applications, cloud services, and data platforms operate seamlessly, improving efficiency, scalability, and digital transformation.

As a senior role, this position involves technical leadership, solution architecture, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement to drive innovation through integration strategies, API management, and automation frameworks.

Remuneration

$117,368.68 pa - $132,135.64 pa + 12% Superannuation

Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications

  1. Tertiary or IT qualification or 5 Years experience in a related IT discipline.
  2. Extensive experience in enterprise integration architecture and tools, with a strong focus on API development, middleware platforms, and automation.
  3. Strong programming and scripting experience in languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, JSON, and .NET for automation.
  4. Hands-on experience with ERP, CRM, HR, and finance system integrations, including TechnologyOne.
  5. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills in complex integration scenarios.
  6. Ability to engage with executive stakeholders, technical teams, and business units to drive adoption and innovation.
