About The Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on and motivated Senior Machine Operator / Line Setter to join our growing production team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining high production standards, improving efficiencies and supporting a positive team culture.

You will play a key role in the setup, operation, troubleshooting and optimisation of our filling and packing lines across a broad range of cosmetic and personal care products.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow with a rapidly expanding and innovative manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup, adjust and operate filling and packaging machinery

• Perform line changeovers and troubleshoot production issues

• Assist in improving line efficiency and minimising downtime

• Complete all required manufacturing and GMP documentation

• Ensure all products meet quality standards and customer specifications

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of manufacturing equipment and production areas

• Prepare manufacturing areas for new production runs

• Pack finished products and prepare pallets for dispatch

• Work closely with QA/QC and production teams to ensure smooth operations

• Promote and adhere to safe work practices at all times

Selection Criteria

• Previous experience operating and setting production or packaging machinery

• Experience in cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food or FMCG manufacturing highly regarded

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team

• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to work autonomously and show initiative

• Commitment to continual improvement and learning

• Reliable and punctual with reliable transport to Cardiff NSW

• Forklift licence and experience advantageous

• Immediate availability highly regarded
