Occupational Therapist to join a supportive allied health team delivering mobile rehabilitation services across Perth. This position combines hands-on therapy with leadership responsibilities, including supervision, quality improvement, and team support. With a strong focus on complex adult neuro caseloads such as acquired brain injury and spinal cord injury, the role offers both clinical challenge and professional variety.

About the Practice:
  • Mobile allied health services with a strong rehabilitation focus
  • Caseload exclusively adults (18+) with neuro complexity, including ABI, SCI, and MND
  • Funding mix across NDIS, Workers’ Compensation, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and DVA
  • Client-centred care model with balanced caseloads
  • Collaborative team culture with director access, strong peer support, and ad-hoc socials
  • Wellbeing is at the core of the practice, with a clear commitment from the director to maintain healthy workloads and avoid staff burnout

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration

  • Strong problem-solving skills with resilience and pragmatic leadership qualities
  • Valid License and Car
  • National police and security checks
