The Opportunity

In this senior role, you'll work closely with the Clinical Lead Occupational Therapist, have input into clinical decisions, and mentor junior team members.
You will also have the flexibility to choose your caseload based on your experience and interests - paediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or a mixed caseload, while remaining actively involved in client care and service improvement initiatives.

About You

• AHPRA registered Senior Occupational Therapist
• Significant experience across paediatrics, adult rehabilitation, or mixed caseloads
• Confident working independently and contributing to team leadership
• Strong communication, organisation, and clinical reasoning skills
• Passionate about mentoring, learning, and continuous improvement
• Committed to delivering high-quality, client-centred outcomes
