You’ll be responsible for managing clients through the lending process from fact find through to settlement, working across a range of residential and more complex lending scenarios.

This role will suit someone confident in structuring deals, communicating with clients and lenders, and delivering a high level of service throughout the process.

• Previous experience as a Loan Writer, Mortgage Broker or Lending Specialist

• Strong experience with complex lending structures including:

  • Trusts

  • Self-employed applicants

  • SMSF lending

• Commercial lending exposure highly advantageous

• Strong understanding of lender policy and servicing

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A team-first attitude and strong cultural fit mindset
