As a Senior Service Lead, you’ll work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, individualised mental health services. This role oversees team supervision, performance, and development, manages service delivery including referrals and case coordination, and ensures operational excellence across budgets, resources, and reporting. You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, drive continuous improvement, and build strong community partnerships to achieve positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and guidance to two Service Leads and the Penrith team to manage staff performance, wellbeing, and professional development
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture with involvement in recruitment, onboarding, and induction of staff
- Oversee referral intake, allocation and case coordination and manage site operations, including budgets, resources, and facilities
- Collaborate with internal leaders and external partners to deliver integrated services of continuous improvement, service evaluation, and governance processes
- Build and grow community partnerships that contributes to service development and engagement

Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Mental Health, Community or Social Services, Counselling or related
- Previous experience in senior roles and/ or managing and leading teams working in mental health services particularly working with complex individuals
- Current Driver Licence
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current National Police Check
