The Role and responsibilities 
Based in Sydney, Your role will include the design and delivery of a wide and varied range of projects. You will be given the opportunity to run projects and liaise directly with clients. This is a unique opportunity to grow with an expanding practice. This role would suit a person that is passionate about structural engineering and design

The Requirements 

• An ambition to grow a Team. For this you would need to have already demonstrated return clients and the ability to build and maintain your work load through return clients.
• Good analytical skills.
• Enjoy designing and working on quality buildings with a clear passion for structural design.
• Is hands on “on the tools” or if currently is less hands on, would like to be in a company where they encourage everyone to design.
• Enjoys a wide variety of work and appreciates the quality of the work as opposed to scale or specific sectors.
• Experience of operating as a Senior Structural Engineer in the Australian consulting engineering space or looking to take the step-up to Senior
• Experience of delivering a range of building projects that include residential, commercial, industrial, aged care, healthcare or infrastructure
• Full working rights in Australia
