ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to support enterprise technology projects involving system upgrades, integrations, data management, and business transformation initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to analyse requirements, assess solution impacts, and ensure successful delivery of technology outcomes.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Analyse and support system transition, upgrade, and enhancement initiatives.
• Gather, document, and manage business, technical, and integration requirements.
• Conduct system, configuration, and data impact assessments for proposed changes.
• Evaluate solution capabilities and provide recommendations aligned to business and technology objectives.
• Support testing activities relating to system, hardware, and device changes.
• Work with vendors during implementation, hypercare, and warranty support periods.
• Ensure solution documentation, configuration records, and knowledge transfer activities are completed.
• Assist in developing future-state data management and solution options.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and adoption.

MORE ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst in complex enterprise/healthcare environments.
  
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, impact analysis, system analysis, and technical documentation.
  
• Experience with system integrations, data flows, and enterprise applications.
  
• Strongly prefer experience navigating both cloud-hosted and on-prem environments.
