About the role

We are seeking a Senior Technical Writer / Information Content Author to provide specialist expertise in developing high-quality ICT documentation within the ADF DFC. This role is critical in supporting system design, operational continuity, and enterprise knowledge management by transforming complex technical architecture into clear, audit-ready documentation.

• Architecture & Design Documentation: Author detailed ICT system design artifacts—including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), interface specifications, integration descriptions, and security/access control models—ensuring strict alignment with governance standards.

• SME Engagement & Research: Collaborate directly with architects, engineers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract technical requirements and review existing architectural artifacts.

• Operational & Procedural Authoring: Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) covering vital operational areas such as system administration, incident response, change/release management, and maintenance/monitoring.

• Knowledge Management: Develop optimized, searchable knowledge base articles for both end-users and IT support teams. Validate all technical content with operational support personnel to guarantee real-world accuracy.

• Compliance & Governance: Ensure all produced materials are consistent, audit-ready, and compliant with departmental templates, while driving the continuous improvement of documentation libraries and repositories.
