This is a workshop‑based position with a variety of work across servicing, repairs and equipment preparation, offering a great mix of routine and technical work.

About the Role

As part of our workshop team, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and preparing equipment to the highest standards. You’ll work both independently and alongside a skilled team, contributing to safe, reliable machinery and strong customer outcomes.

No two days are the same - this role offers a great variety of work in a well‑equipped and busy workshop.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs on a range of equipment
  • Diagnose faults and complete mechanical troubleshooting
  • Conduct inspections and ensure equipment is workshop‑ready
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship
  • Complete job cards and service documentation accurately
  • Follow company procedures and safety requirements
  • Work collaboratively within the workshop while managing your own tasks
What We’re Looking For
  • Trade‑qualified technician (Certificate III in Mobile Plant Technology or similar, or Auto Electrician with mechanical experience)
  • Experience with earthmoving, construction or mobile plant equipment
  • Strong mechanical and hydraulic knowledge
  • Reliable and proactive with strong time‑management skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A genuine commitment to safety and quality workmanship
