We are currently seeking experienced Shotfirers and Blast Hole Drillers for ongoing FIFO mining projects operating on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth.
These are excellent opportunities to join established mining operations with competitive rates, long-term work, and supportive site teams.

Shotfirer Responsibilities:

• Charging and firing blast holes safely and efficiently
• Handling and transporting explosives in accordance with site procedures
• Conducting blast tie-ins and shot preparation
• Completing blast documentation and compliance checks
• Working closely with drill crews and supervisors
• Maintaining strict safety and environmental standards

• Operating D65 blast hole drill rigs safely and productively
• Conducting pre-start inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Drilling to design and maintaining accurate hole alignment and depth
• Monitoring ground conditions and reporting hazards
• Working collaboratively with production and drill & blast crews

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence
• Current Shotfirers Licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
• National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain)
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment
