Is seeking skilled and qualified Hotel or Motel Manager to join our team in our business at multiple locations. The ideal candidates should have hands on experience in all the general duties and responsibilities of a Hotel or Motel Manager :
1 Position: Hotel or Motel Manager
Salary: $78,000 - $80,000 plus superannuation
Hours: 38 per week
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Multiple locations

Duties and responsibilities:
- Directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities
- Supervising security arrangements, and garden and property maintenance
- Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function and conference activities
- Observing liquor, gaming, and other laws and regulations
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction
- Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- May provide guests with local tourism information, and arrange tours and transportation
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1 year(s) of experience in the relevant industry.
- Tertiary education in the relevant field
- Detailed understanding of the occupation including hazard management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
