About the Role

You will oversee the full operations of the club and be accountable for key business outcomes. You will lead sales performance, drive membership growth, manage staff, and ensure the club delivers an exceptional member experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading sales performance, membership growth, and profitability Managing marketing initiatives and local area outreach

• Recruiting and developing gym staff, personal trainers, and group fitness instructors

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and WHS compliance

• Overseeing administration, including reporting, budgeting, and contractor invoicing

• Building a strong, positive club culture and member community

What You'll Do

• Manage sales and membership activities, operations management, customer service, and administrative tasks.

• Generate leads and convert them into memberships

• Deliver great customer service

• Support sales and marketing campaigns

• Assist with Glofox membership management

• Help run events, promotions, and member engagement activities

• Keep the club looking amazing

• Support retention initiatives and community outreach

About You

You are energetic, passionate, and goal‑driven, with a proven ability to hit targets and build strong relationships. You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in creating a club that members love.

You will bring:

• Strong people skills and exceptional organisation

• A proven track record in lead generation and sales

• Presales experience in the fitness industry (highly regarded)

• Experience building or managing a personal training team

• Strong marketing capability and confidence using social media

• Demonstrated success in community engagement and outreach

• A team‑first mindset and willingness to grow with the club

• Understanding of HR and WHS processes (desirable)
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III in Fitness. Cert IV (highly favourable)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Valid Police Check and Working With Children Check

• Tertiary qualifications in health, business, or commerce, or strong business acumen, are highly regarded
