Swillhouse is an independent hospitality group creating venues with distinct identities and lasting relevance. Across restaurants, bars and late-night music rooms, each space is shaped by craft, atmosphere and a deep attention to detail.
Our venues are only as strong as the people behind them. We care about how the work is done — leadership that’s present, standards that matter, and teams who take pride in their role and the experience they deliver every day.
Le Foote isn’t just a French bistro, it’s the kind of place that understands its role in the grand, timeworn ritual of eating well. Located in Sydney’s Rocks, combining relaxed, sunlit courtyards and intimate corners with classic French dishes like escargot in garlic butter, steak frites, plateau de fruits de mer, and grilled lobster. A great bistro isn’t just a restaurant. It’s a rhythm. A ritual. A reason to sit a little longer, talk a little louder, and let the night unfold. At Le Foote, we’re here for it.
