About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our expanding team at Focus Radiology’s Illawarra clinics.
This part-time or full-time opportunity is ideal for someone looking to work anywhere from 1-5 days per week. Whether you’re seeking a second role, a more balanced work schedule, or school hours, this position offers flexibility without compromising professional development.

Our services include:

• General X-ray

• MRI

• Ultrasound

• CT & Cardiac CT

• Interventional procedures

Your Day-to-Day

You’ll perform a variety of diagnostic scans, including:

• General ultrasound

• Obstetrics & gynaecology

• MSK

Experience in vascular imaging and NT accreditation is highly regarded but not essential.

Upskilling opportunities are available for those looking to increase their skillset.

What You’ll Need

• Current ASAR registration

• Strong skills across core ultrasound modalities

• Patient-focused approach with excellent bedside manner

• Great time management and communication skills

• A collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a growing team

• Experience with Canon equipment (desirable but not essential)
