We are currently recruiting for two separate chef roles within well-established hospitality operations:

  • Chef de Partie within a high-volume events and catering business

  • Sous Chef within a quality-driven restaurant environment

Chef de Partie, Events and Catering
The Role

Working within a busy events company, this role focuses on large-scale food production and consistency across high-volume service periods.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute high-volume food production for functions and events

  • Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across large batches

  • Work efficiently to tight timelines and production schedules

  • Collaborate with senior chefs and wider production team

  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards

About You
  • Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up

  • Proven background in bulk production, catering, or events

  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-output environments

  • Strong organisation and time management skills

  • Reliable, team-focused, and consistent

Sous Chef, Restaurant
The Role

This position supports the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations within a structured restaurant environment. A blend of hands-on cooking and leadership is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support kitchen management, including staff supervision and training

  • Assist with rostering, stock control, and ordering

  • Ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently

  • Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation

  • Step into leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef

About You
  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up

  • Solid all-round kitchen experience across sections

  • Demonstrated kitchen management and leadership capability

  • Strong understanding of cost control, prep planning, and service flow

  • Calm, organised, and solutions-focused
