We are currently recruiting for two separate chef roles within well-established hospitality operations:
Chef de Partie within a high-volume events and catering business
Sous Chef within a quality-driven restaurant environment

Chef de Partie, Events and CateringWorking within a busy events company, this role focuses on large-scale food production and consistency across high-volume service periods.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and execute high-volume food production for functions and events
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across large batches
Work efficiently to tight timelines and production schedules
Collaborate with senior chefs and wider production team
Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
Proven background in bulk production, catering, or events
Ability to work in fast-paced, high-output environments
Strong organisation and time management skills
Reliable, team-focused, and consistent
This position supports the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations within a structured restaurant environment. A blend of hands-on cooking and leadership is required.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport kitchen management, including staff supervision and training
Assist with rostering, stock control, and ordering
Ensure service runs smoothly and efficiently
Maintain consistency in food quality and presentation
Step into leadership role in the absence of the Head Chef
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
Solid all-round kitchen experience across sections
Demonstrated kitchen management and leadership capability
Strong understanding of cost control, prep planning, and service flow
Calm, organised, and solutions-focused
