The opportunity
The Stadium Projects Lead plays an important role in delivering initiatives that improve fan experience, operational performance and commercial outcomes across Marvel Stadium and premium business operations. Working across multiple business functions, this role helps ensure projects, systems and reporting capabilities support the AFL’s broader stadium and organisational objectives.
You will lead and coordinate cross-functional projects spanning stadium operations, ticketing, membership, marketing, finance and technology, while driving continuous improvement across systems, reporting and workflows. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where collaboration, problem-solving and delivery focus are critical to success.
