Operating for over 30 years, our client is a mid-sized independent Strata Management company with a strong track-record of success (90%+ schemes have been with the business for over 15 years).
 
They offer their team autonomy, a relaxed family style environment that is inviting and comfortable, and have placed candidates there over 1.5 years ago and 5 years ago respectively, who relish the relaxed yet professional management team who trust them to do their jobs.
 
Duties

Taking over a Directors portfolio, this role will see you autonomously managing a portfolio of schemes whilst being supported by an Insurance Manager and a Compliance Manager. Your duties will include:

• Day to day management of circa 45 small buildings / approx 500 lots (mainly in the East)
• Liaising with owners / stakeholders
• Drafting agendas, actioning minutes, arranging and approving quotes
• Overseeing compliance and By-law adherence
• Issuing notices, problem solving & dispute resolution
• Chairing meetings and actioning items
• Client service to ensure portfolio retention (and growth)

Specific requirements

• A demonstrated ability to autonomously manage a strata portfolio
• A current Strata Certificate / License
• Reliable motor vehicle and drivers license
