This is a part-time position, working 3 days per week (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday).
The impact you’ll have:
As a Strata Manager within BCS Newcastle Branch, you’ll play a key role in supporting strata communities who rely on clear, confident guidance to stay compliant, financially healthy, and well-managed. In this role, you’ll be the trusted point of accountability for a defined portfolio; supporting committees through governance decisions, financial planning, and day-to-day matters with calm authority.
This is a role for a Strata Manager who enjoys ownership, knows how to balance service with commercial judgment, and can guide clients through both routine matters and the occasional challenge with clarity and professionalism.
