About the Role

Reporting to the Director for Business Services & Tax, you will lead an experienced team of accountants to provide advisory solutions to a broad range of clients across different sectors.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and advise a team of accountants
• Provide a high-level business advisory perspective to clients.
• Provide adequate oversight to ensure client solutions are robust.
• Assist with the onboarding of new team members.
• Support the Director for BS&T with clients where required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (essential)
• CA or CPA (essential)

Experience required

The successful candidate will also demonstrate the following essential experience and attributes:

• Minimum five years' experience in corporate accounting 
• Advanced knowledge of different accounting software and technologies 
• Experience working within a client service environment 
• Sound understanding of Accounting Practices and Standards 
• Exceptional organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
• Excellent interpersonal skills and can operate well within a team 
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and invest in their own learning 
• Microsoft Office 
• Consultancy skills (desired) Strong leadership skills
