We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor/Leading Hand with Fixed plant, Structural or Petroleum Services Experience or Mechanical Fitter/Boilermaker experience to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for coordinating crews and ensuring all work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Project based works on site.

• Lead mechanical crews on job fronts

• Ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality execution of works

• Coordinate daily activities with site teams and client requirement's

• Drive strong safety culture and compliance on site

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory/Leading Hand role within mining or Industrial environments

• Strong mechanical background or previous Mechanical Fitter/Boilermaker experience

• S26 certification not mandatory but would be beneficial.

• Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Must be available and ready to start within Perth.
