We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in South Melbourne.

This is a hands-on role supporting the day-to-day execution of our supply chain across procurement, inventory, logistics and customer order fulfilment. You’ll work closely with suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses and internal teams to help ensure products are sourced, ordered, received and delivered accurately and on time, while also providing back-up support to our Customer Service team when needed.

This is a great opportunity for someone early in their supply chain career who’s looking to build broad end-to-end experience across planning, purchasing and operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating purchase orders for finished goods, raw materials and packaging

  • Supporting supplier communication, order follow-up and delivery scheduling

  • Assisting with inventory control, stock reconciliations and stock take activities

  • Supporting inbound logistics and warehouse coordination

  • Processing customer orders and coordinating dispatch requirements

  • Maintaining accurate system data across ERP and inventory platforms

  • Preparing reporting across inventory, purchasing and supply chain performance

  • Supporting new product launches and day-to-day supply chain improvement initiatives

  • Support the Customer Service team as required, including back-up coverage for customer order processing, enquiries and order coordination.

  What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Inventory or Operations

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

  • Confident working across multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Intermediate Excel skills

  • ERP/SAP exposure highly regarded

  • FMCG, food, manufacturing or consumer goods experience highly regarded
