The Role
As the Support Services Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of ClearSky Allied Health. You’ll provide high‑level administrative, operational and project support across the organisation, working closely with the Operations Manager and broader leadership team. About the Opportunity
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a values‑driven allied health organisation that is committed to innovation, compassion and excellence. You’ll be the key point of coordination for administrative processes, client onboarding and offboarding, service agreements, reception, and operational logistics across multiple sites. You’ll also contribute to business improvement initiatives and support the development of training resources that enhance organisational capability.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, operational and project support to the Operations Manager and leadership team
- Coordinate logistics and operational needs across satellite offices, including occasional travel
- Process client onboarding, offboarding and service agreements across all funding arrangements
- Support business improvement and capacity‑building projects
- Deliver high‑quality reception and customer service to clients attending onsite appointments
- Facilitate NDIS PRODA/PACE activities for service agreements and caseload management
- Assist with external complaints handling in line with organisational policies
- Prepare and manage accurate client and clinical documentation
- Support the development of operational training resources
- Coordinate workplace events, expos and organisational activities
- Maintain accurate databases, files and operational records
Qualifications & Experience - 3–5 years’ experience in a similar administrative or coordination role
- Post‑secondary qualifications in business or a related field (highly regarded)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing deadlines with high attention to detail
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to provide clear updates on time‑sensitive tasks
- Ability to plan, manage and complete operational projects
- Ability to learn new systems and support others in their use
- Hold a current Australian driver’s licence
- Hold a current WWCC (Blue Card) and NDIS Worker Screening, or willingness to obtain
- Current working rights within Australia
