About the Role

As a Support Worker, you’ll work directly with our participants, supporting them in everyday activities and empowering them to achieve their goals. Every day brings new opportunities to make someone’s life better — and that’s something worth getting excited about.

What You’ll Do

• Be a Difference Maker: Provide hands-on support that truly changes lives — from personal care and hygiene to positive behaviour support implementation.

• Create Safe, Supportive Homes: Work within our SIL homes to help participants feel comfortable, confident, and empowered.

• Bring Joy to Everyday Life: Assist with community access and transportation so participants can enjoy the world around them.

• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Maintain accurate shift notes and incident reports to ensure the highest standards of care. We are looking for team members who have and utilise their initiative in everything they do.

• Ready to Hit the Road: Current driver’s licence and comprehensive car insurance to help our clients get out and about.

• Compliance Ready: Paid Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check for immediate start.

• Safety First: First Aid and CPR qualifications.

• Experience Welcome: Qualifications or experience in disability support are desirable but not essential — we’ll support you to succeed!
