Essential Duties and Key Responsibilities:

• Manages and organises the operations within the fish retail store services
• Manages stock levels, including determining product options for customers for sale by designing and organising product mix options 
• Promotes and advertises the retail store's goods and services 
• Manages the marketing of products by developing and implementing purchasing and strategic marketing policies
• Setting prices that promote and advertise different options for consumer trends
• Manages stocks levels, sales, and financial transactions including control of the daily operations and resources that includes budgeting
• Provides training for staff and manages the supervision for their growth and product knowledge
• Responsible for ensuing compliance with occupational health and safety regulation and strong knowledge of food safety standards
• Providing a high level of customer service standards and a high level of communication with all stakeholders

Qualifications, Requirements and Key Competencies:

• An Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in related field
• At least three years of relevant work experience
• A high level of communication and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage retail store services and business operations 
• Team management skills and a high level of leadership skills is required for this role
