Nano Business Technology (NBT) is looking for a hands-on System Deployment Coordinator to support the rollout of a new digital platform across our client's multiple operational sites.
This is an onsite role working directly from our client location in the Port of Brisbane, QLD, with travel to other project sites as required. You’ll be embedded with project teams to ensure the rollout lands successfully.
You’ll be working closely with site administrators, project teams and frontline users to help them adopt the system, use it correctly, and stay supported during go-live and hypercare.
You’ll play a key role in supporting rollout activities across pilot and broader deployment phases, helping each project move smoothly from preparation through go-live and into business-as-usual operation.
A big part of the role is onsite support and user hand-holding. That means sitting with administrators and end users, helping them navigate workflows, solving issues in real time, and building confidence during the transition.
Support rollout delivery across multiple projects and deployment waves
Assist with pre-go-live readiness activities including user setup, device checks and training completion
Provide hands-on onsite support at the Port of Brisbane and other project sites
Reinforce training through practical, on-the-job guidance
Act as the first point of contact for user questions, issues and adoption challenges
Coordinate and support post-go-live hypercare activities
Log, track and escalate issues to SMEs, technical teams or vendors
Support validation of migrated data and identify operational risks early
Provide regular updates on rollout progress, adoption challenges and key risks
Work closely with delivery leads, safety stakeholders and site teams
Projects transition smoothly into the new system
Administrators and users feel supported during rollout
Issues are resolved quickly and don’t repeat
Adoption improves rapidly after go-live
Site teams trust the system and support model
You’re practical, calm under pressure and great with people. You’re comfortable working onsite and building trust quickly with users who may not be confident with new systems.
You don’t sit back and coordinate from a distance. You get in, help people, solve problems and keep things moving.
Experience supporting a system rollout, implementation, or digital transformation
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with frontline or site-based teams
Willingness to work 5 days/week onsite in Port of Brisbane (QLD 4178) and travel to other locations
Ability to explain systems and processes in a simple, practical way
Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
Experience across construction, infrastructure, mining or similar environments
Exposure to HSEQ, safety or compliance systems
Experience supporting training, hypercare or adoption
