About the Job
This role leads produce transformation initiatives across sales forecasting, technical capability, and stakeholder engagement. You will guide a specialist team while working closely with cross-functional partners to improve accuracy, process discipline, and business outcomes. Success will come from leading change effectively and managing key internal and external stakeholders with confidence.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will also:
• Lead and support a team of specialists to deliver produce transformation priorities.
• Drive improvements in sales forecasting accuracy and planning processes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, operations, and technical teams.
• Manage external stakeholder relationships to support effective delivery and alignment.
• Lead change initiatives that improve capability, ways of working, and business performance.
• Build technical understanding across the team to support better decision-making.
About you and your Skills
You are an experienced leader with strong technical understanding and a proven ability to deliver change in a complex stakeholder environment. You bring structure, credibility, and confidence when leading teams, influencing others, and improving business capability.
You will have:
• Experience leading teams in a transformation, forecasting, produce, supply chain, or commercial environment.
• Strong change management experience, with the ability to bring people through new ways of working.
• Technical capability or a strong understanding of technical processes, systems, or data-led decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional and external stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
