About the Opportunity...
This is a 12-month part-time contract (Monday to Wednesday, 22.8 hours per week) supporting a busy Talent Acquisition function within a leading pharmaceutical business. You will play a pivotal role in keeping the recruitment engine running smoothly - from coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications to supporting onboarding and maintaining systems accurately. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a structured, compliance-conscious environment and wants to grow their career within a global business.

What you'll be doing...

• Scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple time zones, both in-person and virtual, in line with Hiring Manager preferences
• Maintaining accurate candidate records and status updates in the ATS (Workday or similar)
• Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Coordinating pre-employment checks, offer management, and digital onboarding initiation
• Managing new hire registration and onboarding activities 
• Supporting the Talent Acquisition Manager with sourcing and reference checking as required
• Monitoring the careers inbox and managing external enquiries and interview adjustments
• Assisting with job postings, requisition management, and recruitment reporting
• Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
• Ensuring compliance with all hiring policies, employment legislation, and internal codes of conduct

What you'll need...

• Ideally experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administration, or talent acquisition support role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) - experience with Workday highly regarded
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills across Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills
