About the Role

We are looking for a strong leader who:

* Holds an Early Childhood Teaching qualification

* Has previous experience as an Educational Leader

* Has a strong understanding of the EYLF, NQS and Assessment & Rating process

* Can mentor and inspire educators to achieve excellence

* Is passionate about curriculum development and continuous improvement

* Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues

* Leads by example and fosters a positive team culture
