About the role

As Team Leader, Digital Infrastructure Services (Windows and Cloud), you will be responsible for providing technical solutions, program management with a specialised focus on Microsoft Windows infrastructure and cloud services, including Microsoft 365 and Azure and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

  • Manage the lifecycle of both on-premises and cloud-based systems, ensuring they are secure, resilient, and aligned with departmental goals.
  • Lead and deliver ICT infrastructure projects, offering expert advice on complex hardware and software issues.
  • Promote and implement cybersecurity best practices across the department’s infrastructure.
  • Lead a small team and contribute to the professional development of the broader ICT team.

Our ideal candidate

  • Specialised expertise and extensive experience in Microsoft Windows infrastructure, Cloud Services and Artificial Intelligence tools.
  • Leadership capabilities and ability to deliver own outputs and those of a team.
  • Ability to communicate and provide authoritative advice on complex matters to non-specialists.
  • Experience in leading and delivering ICT infrastructure projects.
