You’ll play a key role in leading and supporting a high-performing polyurethane team — driving results, supporting your people, and making a real impact on daily operations.

This is a hands-on role where you will be actively involved on the floor, setting the standard and leading by example.

• Lead, coach and support your team to deliver strong safety, quality and performance outcomes

• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently

• Promote and uphold a Safety First culture in line with policies and procedures

• Communicate job requirements clearly to ensure work progresses smoothly and on schedule

• Provide regular updates and insights to the Production Supervisor

• Identify and investigate receipting or operational issues and implement practical solutions

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high housekeeping standards

• Foster a positive team environment focused on accountability, collaboration and development

You are a motivated and reliable leader who enjoys being hands-on and supporting your team to succeed. You bring a strong understanding of polyurethane processes and are confident working in a manufacturing environment.

• Demonstrated experience working with polyurethane, including chemicals and mixing processes

• Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, fabrication, mining or minerals processing environments

• Experience in a Team Leader role within warehousing or distribution (highly regarded)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Organised with the ability to manage competing priorities

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel)

• Relevant qualifications or certifications (desirable)

• A genuine willingness to learn, grow and contribute to team success
