The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Warwick team as a Trainee Conveyancing Paralegal.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist solicitors and conveyancers with all aspects of residential and commercial property transactions.

• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements.

• Conduct property searches and assist with preparing correspondence and file notes.

• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, solicitors, and financial institutions.

• Manage and maintain accurate electronic and physical conveyancing files.

• Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the conveyancing department.

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.

• Confident with technology and able to quickly learn new software systems.

• Ability to use Microsoft Office effectively (mainly Word and Outlook).

• Friendly, professional manner and a commitment to delivering great client service.

• Prior Legal Experience in Conveyancing/Property is not necessary.
