As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Trainee Strata Manager or Strata Assistant to join our team and work under our directors.

This is an opportunity to build a career in strata management while working alongside experienced professionals on high-quality, complex schemes. You’ll gain exposure to financial management, governance, asset management, and defect management processes - not just the basics.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the management of a diverse strata portfolio

• Working directly with owners, committees, and contractors

• Assisting with meetings, reporting, and communication

• Coordinating maintenance and project-related works

• Learning the full lifecycle of strata management

What we’re looking for:

• Someone motivated to build a long-term career

• Minimum 1-2 years experience in the industry.

• Strong communicator with a professional approach

• Highly organised with attention to detail

• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
