Australian Training Institute (ATI) is a leading Registered Training Organisation (RTO) delivering accredited and non-accredited training throughout Queensland. Due to continued growth, we are seeking multiple Casual Trainers & Assessors to support training delivery from our Ipswich Campus. We are looking for industry professionals with experience in one or more of the training areas listed below.

For trainers who hold competencies across multiple training disciplines and can support a broader range of courses, part-time and full-time employment opportunities may be available.

About the Opportunity

As a Trainer & Assessor, you will deliver engaging, practical, and compliant training programs to students and corporate clients. Training may be conducted at our Ipswich Campus, client sites, or other ATI training locations as required.

We are seeking trainers across a variety of disciplines and encourage applications from individuals qualified in one or multiple training streams.

• 11282NAT Justice of the Peace (Qualified)

• 11281NAT Commissioner for Declarations (C.Dec)

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality face-to-face training and assessment.

• Facilitate engaging and interactive learning experiences.

• Conduct assessments in accordance with unit and training package requirements.

• Maintain accurate and compliant training records.

• Provide learner support and constructive feedback.

• Ensure all training and assessment activities meet ASQA and RTO compliance requirements.

• Maintain training equipment, resources, and learning environments.

• Represent ATI professionally when delivering training on behalf of the organisation.

About You

• Current industry competency and vocational experience relevant to the training area(s) you wish to deliver.

• Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

• The ability to engage learners from diverse backgrounds.

• Sound computer and administrative skills.

• A professional and reliable approach to training delivery.

• Commitment to learner success and training quality.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Essential Requirements

Applicants must hold or be able to obtain the qualifications required under the Standards for RTOs, including:

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or equivalent as permitted under current ASQA requirements.

• Current industry qualifications relevant to the training area(s) being delivered.

• Evidence of current vocational competency and industry currency.

• Valid Working Rights in Australia.

• Current Driver Licence and reliable transport.

• Ability to confidently use online learning and assessment systems, as ATI operates a paperless training environment with assessments, attendance records, and learner documentation completed electronically.
