We are seeking a motivated Training Assistant/Safety Diver to join our team at our Altona Training centre in a full time position.
As a valued member of the training team, you will assist in the delivery of practical, scenario-based training programs and perform the role of Safety Diver during specialised underwater training activities.
You will be responsible for preparing, inspecting, and maintaining training equipment, resources, and facilities while helping to create and maintain a safe, engaging, and professional learning environment.
Working closely with trainers and support staff, you will contribute to delivering high-quality training outcomes and play an important role in ensuring every trainee has a positive, rewarding, and enjoyable learning experience.

What you will bring
Minimum Open Water Dive qualification (must be willing to obtain Rescue Diver certification).
First Aid and CPR qualifications (desirable).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused approach
Ability to work both independently and within a team
