About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Training Product to lead the continuous improvement of training products within our high-performing RTO.

This role sits at the heart of our organisation, shaping our training portfolio to ensure it is innovative, compliant, and aligned with industry needs. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of training products, from implementation to validation, and ongoing improvement.

Working closely with industry, compliance, and operational teams, you’ll ensure all programs meet regulatory requirements while delivering high-quality, engaging learning experiences that drive real workforce outcomes.

1. Lead the strategy, improvements, and lifecycle management of training products, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and industry needs

2. Ensure compliance with Standards for RTOs 2025, ASQA requirements, and training packages, including audit readiness and validation

3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality, learner outcomes, and operational effectiveness.

4. Drive industry engagement, continuous improvement, and team performance to deliver innovative, compliant, and impactful training solutions

You’re highly collaborative, commercially aware, and passionate about designing training that delivers real impact for learners and industry.

You have the following:

• TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent)

• Demonstrated experience leading training product development within an RTO environment

• Diploma or higher qualification in adult learning, instructional design, or related field (desirable)

• Current Working with Children Check (essential)
