Synergie Australia is partnered with one of Australia's largest leading waste management companies, seeking experienced HR multi systems driver to join the team!

Locations Available: Northgate and Narangba

Pay Rate: $41-47 an hour

Role: Temp to Permanent

Hours: 5-6am starts Monday-Friday with plenty of overtime available

This is an autonomous role, safely operating company bin collection vehicles around the Moreton Bay/Brisbane region.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate vehicles and equipment in line with company regulations, training, and operational procedures.

Maintain a high standard of vehicle presentation, both inside and out.

Conduct daily pre/post start safety checks on vehicles and equipment as needed.

Operate the lifting equipment to safely complete loading and unloading duties for commercial and industrial waste.

Deliver loads to nominated recycling and disposals facilities

Essential Requirements:

Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) Licence (Australia) or Class 4 Licence (New Zealand) as a minimum.

Waste experience is not necessary but is encouraged to apply

Ideal Candidate:

Physically fit with the ability to perform tasks such as pushing and pulling of bins.

Strong work ethic and reliability.

Commitment to safety in all tasks.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Communication skills to interact with customers!
